  Hello and wellcome to our new video.
    Here you have a tutorial about how to hard reset your Samsung Galaxy Note 2.
   Warning! All data from your phone will be deleted.Only your pictures and video will remain.
    Use this option if you phone has pattern code blocked or you forgot your google account password or your phone has software problems.
    Follow these steps:
1.Power off your phone
2.Press together volume up + home button + power button until Samsung logo appears on the screen
3.Select with volume buttons "wipe data/factory reset" and press power button to confirm
4.Select "yes - delete all data" and press power button to confirm
5.Wait until format ends
6.Select "reboot system now" and press power button to confirm
7.Wait until the phone restarts
